Both make shitty arguments, both appeal to online-right for cash, but I don't think they're ENTIRELY fake personas like The Quivering.A recent article of mine went viral and got picked up by GEN, so in just the past few days I’ve gained around eighty Twitter followers and have tripled the number of people following my newsletter. Tim is clearly a grifter, but I also do think he clearly believes what he's saying to an extent. And them willing to meet in-person is usually a sign of them wanting to get differing opinions. In person though? Approach these conversations like Vaush did here, because you're much, MUCH more likely to convert people that way, if they're able to be reached at all. Either don't engage, invite them to talk IRL, or if they engage YOU, don't treat them with kid gloves. With acquaintances, it's EXTREMELY difficult to de-program people who watch shit like Ben Shapiro, JRE, Tim Pool, etc. Can never tell who's arguing in good or bad faith, and usually it's bad faith when its randos. I do this when I talk politics as well, it's effective. Overall that was an exceptional 4 hours of content that was engaging the entire time Also if Moonlord spent a week with Vaush I think he would be on the left, he was very engaged with what Vaush was saying. Overall I found this to be some of the most engrossing and entertaining content I have watched in a very long time. However, he was very fair to Vaush in terms of allowing him to speak and they had enjoyable back and forth jokes a few times. I disagree with Tim holistically on how he portrays issues and his ideas. I really think that this debate will be something that will push Vaush to the next level. He actually talked about issues and how via policy he would make those changes. You could tell both of tims co-hosts were legitimately interested in everything Vaush was saying. He truly at that point was at the head of the discussion, he successfully talked through all of Tims pushback (except Obamagate but who cares) while also keeping the studio members very engaged too. The conversation flowed very well, it was natural, and at the halfway mark you could tell Vaush was ridiculously comfortable based on how he changed how his chair was sitting and how his posture was more relaxed. I have to say, that was without a doubt some of the most engaging content I have ever watched. Neckbeard lack of genuine fun life, beta vibes, admitting to being semi-gay (not that anything wrong with that but could not even have some pride in his sexuality) he believes in Fantasy as opposed to Reality You cannot judge every book by its cover. Vaush got destroyed by Jesse L.Peterson & hes an out of touch (slightly) ignant (spelled on purpose) old man, however he Obi-Wan Kenobi’d Vaush back to Tartarus as he just charged in like General Grevious expecting to do his Typical “im not an expert on this but let me disseminate my info towards the masses as ive done research & im not wrong or morally dishonest” Utopias do not exist why must you guys keep treating life like D&D. The problem with the ideology is a complete lack of understanding of people, its so Authoritarian you begin not to even able to rationalize others viewpoints & see anything not within the doctrine as destructive. Its been tried around the world for centuries & in different hemisphere it always fails. Thats why he must say “right socialism” or “good socialism” cause no one ever gets it right. You Vaush neckbeards will never (until you drop the fake rationalism ) realize Vaush ideology is only capable in theory & ignores immutable structures of humanity. Not gonna lie mixing some ad hominem in here:
